Introduction 

This product is a kind of linear multivariate copolymerization block modification of organic silicon softener

Appearance: tiny yellow transparent liquid

 Ionicity: weak cationic

Solid content: 70~72%（105℃,3hours）

Application

Suitable for polyester, polyester/cotton and polyester/rayon.

Usage Amount for Reference  

(1) Dipping Process: Dilution1~5 %( o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process: Dilution10~50g/l

Package

 50KG/Drum, 120KG/Drum, 190KG/Drum.

Storage

 Store in cool, ventilated warehouse, 6 months of storage expiry.

Dilute Method

RH-NB-8368-6：          100KG

Glacial acetic acid:  2Kg

Water:                     200Kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8368-6 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes,

3. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

6. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

7. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

8. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

9. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

10. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

11. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

12. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

13. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 6

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.

When in cold weather, emulsifier is easily to freeze, heat and stir to thaw before use.
