Introduction

Green ecological amino acid modified silicone oil RH-NB-8159 is a special environmentally friendly modified quaternary ammonium multi-copolymerized polysiloxane.

It can be used together with cationic/non-ionic softener to increase the whole property largely.

Excellent compatibility, can used together with disperse dye, whitening agent, coating(pH=6.5~7)

Solid content: 83-84%

Application

Apply to the soft and fluffy finishing for cotton, cotton/polyester, viscose, etc.

Usage Amount for Reference 

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-8159 diluted emulsion  2-6%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-8159 diluted emulsion  10-40g/L

Package

 100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

 Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8159： 170kg

Emulsifier:     30kg (recommend XL, AEO series)

Glacial acetic acid: 4kg

Water: 400kg

Emulsified to silicone emulsion, transparent appearance

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8159 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

3. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

4. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

5. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly, add 4kg glacial acetic acid to stir for 5minutes;

6. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

7. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

8. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

9. Add rest water, adjust PH value to 6, filter and packing.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, dispersion plate between 25 cm and 35 cm indiameter, maximum speed is 1500 RPM
