Introduction

Neutral Phosphorus-free Soaping Agent RH-NB-2253 is a complex of special surfactant, with good chelating, dispersing, emulsifying and anti-dyes return properties, applied in soaping of dyeing by reactive dyes and printing fabrics. It can remove the floating colour effectively and improve the colour fastness and washing fastness.

Advantage

(1) It has good chelation with metal ions. It can washing off the float colour completely and get the better colour fastness.

(2) Good stain resistance and can prevent the float colour stained again.

(3) Extremely low foam and suitable for various equipment.

(4) It has sequestering and chelating property and can prevent the spot in the hard water. Soft handle after washing and the fabrics is clean and neat.

Application

Used in soaping process of wool, chemical fiber and cellulosic fabrics after dyeing, removing float colour

Usage Amount for Reference

Use 30-50℃water to dissolve in 10~20% dilution

Generally, dosage is 0.5-1.5g/L for powder

Or first dilute then use. Dilute at the rate of 1:6-8. The dosage of the dilution is 1-3g/L, if used in deep red or deep green, soap again.
