Introduction

Hydrophilic ointment RS-800 is a fatty acid organic amine compounds.

Basic Character

Appearance: Little yellow liquid

Ionicity: Weak cation

Solubility: dissolve in water easily

Application Fields

Apply to hydrophilic soft finishing of cotton, hemp, rayon, towel, denim and its blended fabric;

Apply to soft and fluffy finishing of dyeing and printing fabric;

Apply to fleece, soft and fluffy finishing of fabric dyed with reactive dye;

Apply to soft finishing of cheese yarn.

Characteristics and Advantages

(1) Endow fabric soft, smooth and fluffy hand feeling;

(2) Good saline-alkaline resistance, anionic resistance and hard water resistance;

(3) Good hydrophilicity and antistatic property;

(4) Tiny effect on brightness and color light of fabric;

(5) Can be dissolved in water with any ratio.

Diluted Method

Can be diluted to 5~90%, put RS-800 in reactor, add water slowly with stirring.

Usage Amount for Reference

Dipping Process: 10% RS-800 3-10 %( o.w.f)

   Temperature: 40~50℃

 Bath ratio: 1:10~15

         Time: 30min

Padding process: 20~50g/L

One dip one rolling or two dip two rolling
