Diluted Method

HRT: 50~100kg

Water: 950~900kg

Stirring:

Cold water: add flake into 30℃ water with stirring for 2 hours.

Hot water:  add flake into 50~60℃ water with stirring to dissolution.

Usage Amount for Reference

Diluted to 10% concentration

Dipping Process: Dilution      3-10 %( o.w.f)

              Temperature    40~50℃

              Bath ratio      1:10~15

          Time         30min
