Usage Amount for Reference 

(1) Dipping Process: Dilution 2~6%( o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process: Dilution 10~40g/L

100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8438：60kg

Emulsifier: 30kg

glacial acetic acid: 4kg

Water: 200kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8438 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

3. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

4. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

5. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
