Introduction

Wax Emulsion COW-3 is emulsified by special high melting point oxidation polyethylene wax, emulsion formed under high temperature and high pressure. This product can be used in all kinds of fiber yarn and fabric, recommended for cellulose fiber and blended yarn or knitted fabric. The product is suitable for waxing and softening treatment of wound packaged and skein, can improve the yarn surface smooth, effectively protect the yarn strength, improve the fabric sewing.

All kinds of cellulose fiber and its blending yarn or knitted fabric

Dosage for reference

Padding Process:  5~20g/L

Dipping process:  0.5~1.5%( o.w.f )  pad →oven dry →setting（100℃）

100kg or 190kg/plastic barrel

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. Half a year of storage period
